Holiday shipping schedule

As if the myriad twinkling lights, roadside tree sales, and repeated choruses of Little Drummer Boy weren't enough to remind you, we'll tell you again: Christmas is almost here. Santa will be arriving on a Tuesday this year, which means the last day to order Christmas Protea Bouquets falls rather early this year: Tuesday, December 18^th. Holiday orders will be shipped on Wednesday December 19^th to ensure a timely delivery. Order your Holiday Protea Bouquets here. (to get a Monday December 24th delivery, we have to ship on the previous Thursday. That means that FedEx stores the flowers on a loading dock over the weekend. They don't have the same respect for our flowers as we do!)

The climate in southern California is perfect for growing Protea. We have Proteaceae blooming year-round. Although they all have a unique look, the benefits of theses spectacular flowers remain the same - a long vase-life. The Australian Native Plants Nursery

Their nursery grows many plants from the Australian protea family, such as banksia, grevillea, hakea and isopogon as well as small eucalypts, acacias and leptospermums.
